The AI engine won't download

The engine is a one-time download of about 140 MB. Make sure you're connected to the internet and have at least 500 MB of free space, then tap Download AI Engine again.

Enhancing is slow

Large photos take longer, especially on older devices. Upscalo uses your device's Neural Engine; keep the app open while it works. Photos larger than the result size (HD free, 4K with Pro) are resized to it first.

I've used my free enhancements

Free users get 3 enhancements every day; they refill at midnight. You can watch an optional ad for one more, or get Upscalo Pro for unlimited enhancements.

Restore purchases

On a new device, sign in with the same Apple ID and open Profile › Restore Purchases.

Cancel a subscription

Open iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or Upscalo › Profile › Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ad privacy choices

If you're in a region where it applies, you can change your ad consent any time in Profile › Privacy › Ad Privacy Choices. Upscalo Pro removes ads entirely.
